Arrival and Departure
Delegates are advised to arrive as from September 6th, 2008. The programme commences
on September 6th, 2008.
Security and Insurance
The organizers will take all reasonable security precautions in the interest
of delegates and exhibitors. however, the organizers will not provide health/
accident insurance scheme for delegates and exhibitors and shall not be
held responsible for any damage of exhibits at the stand. They are advised
to make appropriate arrangements with the Sponsoring Agency/Organization
for insurance cover.
Hotel Reservations
This will be arranged on request.
Admission Passes
Admission passes marked ‘delegates’ and/or ‘exhibitors’ will be issued to
duly registered participants only.
Venue
Forum and Exhibition is scheduled to hold at International Conference Centre,
NICON Luxury Hotel, Sheraton Hotel and Towers, Eagle Square and Transcorp
Hilton Hotel, all here in Abuja.
Prohibited and Undesirable Exhibits
ARESUVA prohibits the display of the following during the Summit:
a. Explosive and inflammable materials
b. Firearms and ammunitions
c. Radioactive products
Control of Vehicles
All vehicles should be parked at the designated areas and remain the sole risk
of the owners whilst stil in the designated areas. ARESUVA will not
accept any responsibility regarding this.
